GoDoz (founded by RS GULSHAN PRAJAPATI) operates as a dual-capability technology platform:

• Proprietary Software: Android apps such as LocalWork, MyNotepad GoDoz, Fruits Crush, GoDoz Smart Tools, and web utilities are original software intellectual property of RS GULSHAN PRAJAPATI / GoDoz.
• Client Services: Development of commercial websites, mobile applications, and digital systems for businesses.
• Direct Link Directory: A curated directory linking users to official public portals, government services, developer consoles, and educational technical guides.

All brand graphics, custom website source code, visual design, and original logos are copyrighted. Unauthorized reproduction or scraping for malicious reuse is prohibited.

3. Third-Party Portals & External Links Disclaimer

Our website provides convenient direct links to third-party portals, including Government of Bihar (e.g., RTPS, Medhasoft, PMS), Government of India registries (e.g., UIDAI, Income Tax, EPFO, ECI), and Developer Consoles (e.g., Google Play, Firebase, AWS):

• Non-Government Affiliation: GoDoz is an independent technology entity. We do not represent any government department or ministry.
• External Content: We do not control or take liability for server downtime, policy changes, or content modifications on third-party government or commercial websites.

4. User Conduct & Permitted Use

When using our website, tools, or applications, you agree NOT to:

• Engage in unauthorized vulnerability testing, denial of service (DoS) attacks, or server tampering.
• Transmit any malicious malware, spam, or unauthorized automated scripts.
• Misrepresent GoDoz or its founder RS GULSHAN PRAJAPATI in any unlawful activities.

5. Project Booking & Pay After Demo (PAD) Workflow

GoDoz Technology operates under a client-first, zero-risk booking model called Pay After Demo (PAD) to prevent order misuse and ensure full client satisfaction before financial commitment:

• ₹0 Upfront Registration: You register your project order on godoz.in with ₹0 advance fees required.
• Requirements & Demo Preview: We connect with you on WhatsApp/Call to review project specifications and present a wireframe or sample preview.
• 10% Token Deposit: Once you review and approve the sample demo, a small 10% token deposit is collected to reserve engineering slots and initiate active coding.

6. Payment Milestones & Gateway Security

Project investments are split transparently across 6 progress stages:

• Stage 01 (5%): Order Registered in System
• Stage 02 (15%): Requirements & Scope Finalized
• Stage 03 (35%): Sample Demo Approved & 10% Token Deposit Paid ➔ Active Coding Commences
• Stage 04 (65%): Core Development & Mid-Point Beta APK / Web Build
• Stage 05 (85%): Quality Assurance Testing & Client Beta Verification
• Stage 06 (100%): Final Milestone Settlement ➔ Live Launch & 100% Full Source Code Handover

All online card, UPI (PhonePe / Google Pay / Paytm), Net Banking, and wallet payments are processed securely via Razorpay Payment Gateway with 256-bit SSL encryption.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We adhere to a fair, transparent Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Cancellation Before Demo Approval (Stage 1 & 2): If you cancel your order before approving the sample demo, ₹0 is charged (100% Free Zero-Fee Cancellation).
• Cancellation After Token Deposit (Stage 3+): Once the 10% token deposit is paid and active development has started, the token deposit covers initial domain/API registrations and engineering time expended.
• Milestone Payments: Payments made for completed and client-approved milestones are non-refundable as engineering hours and source code assets have been delivered.

8. Late Payment, Testing Delays & Order "On Hold" Protocol

To ensure smooth project progression:

• 14-Day Testing Window: Clients receive up to 14 days to test beta APK builds or web prototypes at each milestone.
• Order "On Hold" Status: If milestone feedback or payments are delayed beyond 14 days without prior notice, the project is safely placed on "On Hold" status.
• Zero Penalty Reopening: Placed "On Hold" orders retain all previously paid records, source files, and database schemas securely in Firebase/GitHub. Orders can be reopened at any time without penalty once feedback or milestone settlement is completed.

9. Delivery Timelines, Custom Project Scope & Third-Party Approvals

We take project deadlines seriously and strive to deliver every project as quickly as possible:

• Custom Scope & Post-Demo Timeline: Estimated timelines are indicative for standard apps. For large, complex, or enterprise projects, the exact delivery timeline established and agreed upon after the sample demo review (Stage 02) will be the applicable timeline.
• Development vs. Third-Party Approvals: Our delivery timelines cover GoDoz coding and production-ready engineering time. Third-party platform verification cycles — including Google Play Console 14-day testing / review policies, DLT SMS Header / OTP approvals, Apple App Store reviews, or Payment Gateway KYC — are subject to those respective third-party platforms' policies and processing speeds.
• Proactive Updates: If technical complexity or additional revisions require additional time on our end, we will proactively notify you with a clear progress update and revised completion timeline.
• Express Fee Waiver: If you selected Express Delivery (+5%) and an unexpected coding delay occurs solely on our end, the 5% Express fee is credited or waived.
• Free Bonus Extended Warranty: As a token of goodwill for any developer delay, we grant 15 additional days of free post-launch support (+45 days total warranty).

10. Intellectual Property & 100% Source Code Ownership

Upon completion of the final milestone settlement (Stage 6), 100% full intellectual property ownership, complete source code (Android Studio / Java / Kotlin / Flutter), production keystore credentials, database schemas, and deployment documentation are handed over directly to the client. There are no recurring monthly platform commissions or hidden code locks.

11. 30-Day Complimentary Post-Launch Support & Warranty

Every custom project includes 30 days of free post-launch support starting from the live deployment date. This warranty covers bug fixes, minor UI adjustments, server/Firebase configuration tweaks, and Google Play Store submission support.

12. Non-Disclosure (NDA) & Confidentiality

All client business ideas, proprietary workflows, and database credentials shared with GoDoz Technology are strictly protected under Non-Disclosure (NDA) confidentiality standards. We never resell, license, or expose client project code or personal contact details to third parties.

13. Independent Developer Disclaimer & Client Responsibility for Misuse

To ensure complete legal transparency under the Information Technology (IT) Act, 2000 and international cyber laws:

• Notice to Government & Law Enforcement Authorities: GoDoz Technology and its founder RS GULSHAN PRAJAPATI operate strictly as independent custom software developers. We engineer websites and mobile applications according to client specifications. Once source code and ownership are handed over, we do NOT own, control, or operate the client's business, user content, or commercial transactions. The registered client/owner is solely and 100% legally accountable for all platform activities.
• Client Responsibility for Compliance & Misuse: Clients are 100% legally responsible for ensuring their app or website complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws, copyright regulations, and Google Play Store policies.
• Accountability for Banning or Legal Suspension: If a client's app or website is blocked, suspended, or banned by Government authorities, Google Play Store, or hosting providers due to illegal misuse, copyright infringement, or unauthorized activities — the client alone bears 100% full legal liability, financial loss, and responsibility, and GoDoz Technology shall not be held liable for any operational or financial damages.

14. Limitation of Liability

GoDoz Technology, its founder RS GULSHAN PRAJAPATI, and team members shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools, directory links, or third-party web services.

15. Amendments & Updates

GoDoz reserves the right to revise or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website and services signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
