When you use the Application, specifically the "Sign in with Google" feature, we collect limited personal information provided by Google, which includes:

Your profile picture (URL only)

B. User-Generated Data

If you use the "Save Record" feature within the Application, we store the specific record details (such as Khasra number, District, or Village name) in our secure cloud database (Firebase). This data is linked to your account to allow you to access your saved records across multiple devices.

C. Device Information

We may collect non-personal information about your mobile device, including the device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for the purpose of troubleshooting and improving app performance.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

To provide and maintain the services of the Application.
To manage your user account and provide personalized features.
To synchronize your "Saved Records" across your devices via our cloud infrastructure.
To respond to your support requests or inquiries.
To monitor app usage and detect, prevent, or address technical issues.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your information is only shared in the following circumstances:

Service Providers: We use Google Firebase for authentication and database management. These services are bound by their own security and privacy standards.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so through the settings menu in the Application or by contacting us at our support email. Upon request, we will permanently delete your profile and saved records from our servers.

6. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Application contains links to third-party official government websites. Once you click on these links and leave our Application, we do not have control over those websites. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information you provide while visiting such sites. Those sites are governed by their own privacy statements.

7. Security of Your Data

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption and secure communication protocols, to protect your data. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
